• The performance of the cruises or programs can be canceled if at least one of the following conditions is verified: bad weather conditions, unfavorable seaworthiness, failures in navigation locks, vessel malfunctions / damages, unforeseen delays, among others
• In the circumstances indicated in the previous point, the Client may choose to reimburse the amounts already paid or accept the redial of the cruise for later date
• LivingTours reserves the right to change itineraries for cruises or programs, to replace boats, means of transport and visits provided by others of category and similar location whenever unforeseen and unrelated situations arise, such as the situations described in point "cancellation".
