Open Letter to the Livingtourians - New Beginning, New Path!

It is with great excitement that we announce our reopening! We hope to open our doors again on May 3, 2021.

It has been over a year since our world, especially our daily lives, changed!

At Living Tours, as well as in many companies - especially those in the tourism sector - the restructuring and adaptation to the new reality was mandatory.

It was a general restructuring in all areas of business in Portugal and Spain, that affected, with no exception, the entire Livingtourian family.

Every year, in the celebration of our year event - Galos D'Ouro - I pronounce Darwin's famous phrase: "It is not the strongest who survive, but those with the greatest capacity to adapt!"

It is in our DNA and in our purpose, our strength: Proud and Patriotic, we show the world the best we have, are and know how to do in Portugal and Spain!

For all this, Living Tours has been growing sustainably in the market for 17 years, because:

- We provide the best Tours, Activities and Experiences in the Iberian destination to thousands of guests!

- We create Millions of connections and emotions lived and shared by all, with unforgettable life experiences.

- We positively impact society with our Livingtourian social causes, such as our 1 for 1 cause in which we donate meals to the homeless and needy in the cities of Porto, Lisbon and Coimbra.

- We have contributed over these years to spreading the Iberian destination on an international level, through participation in hundreds of fairs and workshops around the world and various online marketing campaigns, increasing the visibility of our destinations.

- We have increased the stay of visitors in the destination, expanding the offer of experiences and visits throughout the Iberian destination!

- We value the different agents and tourism partners, combining their experiences in our visits and marketing, promoting, and increasing their sales channels.

- We promote the decentralisation of tourist activity, by promoting visits to less densely populated villages, attracting tourists from the large urban centres (Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Barcelona) bringing development and economic prosperity to other local communities.

- We are a direct and indirect agent in the development and economic growth of Iberian destinations.

There are many reasons to be proud and motivated to work towards our purpose every day.

We believe that crises bring out the best in us. We know the challenges of change. We live in a global, highly competitive, conscious, demanding, and informed market.

And because we have a culture of innovation, we adopt processes and methods with a view to enhancing all practices, especially the experience and satisfaction of our guests (clients):

These and other measures give us joy, but also the conviction the future will be challenging and successful!
