A perfect teamwork can be observed in the behavior of Geese according to the naturalist - Milton Olsen, where we can observe 5 basic truths:

“This spring, when you see geese heading back north for the summer, flying in the typical V formation, you might want to know what scientists have discovered about why they fly this way.”

We learned that as each bird flaps its wings, each bird causes a lift in the bird immediately behind it. When flying in the “V” formation, the entire flock achieves a 71% higher yield than if each bird flew alone.”

Basic Truth 1: People who share a common direction and have a sense of community get to their destination faster and easier because they are traveling on trust.
