Gratitude is important every day of the year, but right now it's more important than ever.

This past year has shown me how fortunate I am to work with a team that refuses to give anything less than 100%. Even in the darkest days of the pandemic, the Living Tours team remained motivated and available for the good of our guests.

They welcomed our guests, focused on offering the best experiences, despite limitations, restrictions and constraints.

Thanks to our experts who daily put their individual agendas and priorities aside repeatedly to help others. Your work has made and makes a real difference.

What's more, our team's adaptability continued to bear fruit, even beyond the very real and tangible help we gave our guests.

Living Tours welcomed 18 new professionals to our family in 2021. They were so successfully integrated that the company was not only able to offer them a career and continuity plan, we are actively in the market looking for new ones. talents to grow our family in 2022.

2021 was also the year in which we dedicated ourselves to our social causes. We work closely with some local associations in Porto, Coimbra and Lisbon, in support of the most needy, in order to be able to contribute every day to fighting social inequalities in our community.

The action “Living Tourianos with Cause 1 for 1” (where we offer a meal to someone in need for each passenger transported), managed to distribute more than 15,000 meals this year alone. We give back to our local charities, we also carry out volunteer actions in the field, helping to make and distribute food kits to the homeless. That way we never lose focus on our community responsibilities. Despite the challenges of 2021, Living Tours remained strong and resilient.

I would also like to thank our communities. Our neighbors, local businesses, schools and families - all those who play a role in sustaining our social and economic fabrics - have faced unique and constantly evolving challenges this year. Your commitment, commitment and dedication are truly exceptional.

Most importantly, I want to thank each of our guests. You are the motivation for us to work every day. They are the reason we do what we do. You inspire us, encourage us and give us purpose.

Thank you for your confidence as we walk these uncertain paths as partners.

Let's enter 2022 with hope and anticipation for the better days to come. We will never forget the many blessings we have received.
