Health Insurance for all Living 2023 Employees
The protection and well-being of our employees are fundamental for Living's competitiveness, based on this principle, since the beginning of this year 2023, we have extended our policy of social benefits, including a MEDIS health plan for all LivingTourians who make part of the company's staff and the new ones who join the Living Group.
The objective is to once again value our employees, who dedicate themselves body and soul to the LivingTouriano Purpose and who make the Living Group happen with distinction and differentiation on a daily basis, providing the best experiences to all our guests in Portugal and Spain, as well as how they provide the best experiences to everyone with whom we interact, colleagues, partners, guests and all our communities.
We understand that these social benefits for employees are an important management and motivation tool, in addition to having a relevant social role.
Thus, for 2023, we have a set of benefits for employees ranging from:
• Minimum wage at the company €800 per month;
• Daily food subsidy of €6.8 (apprx. €150 per month) depending on the number of days worked in the month;
• Schedules of 4 days and 2 days off for teams in rotating shifts, which include weekends;
• 25 days of annual leave and not the legal 22 days;
• adoption license and surrogacy;
• flexible work;
• birth support with a prize of €250 for the 1st child and €500 for the 2nd and subsequent ones;
• we encourage and reward contributions to general company improvements, awarding innovation awards, exceptional customer/guest service, among others;
• 15th month annual bonus to all employees based on overall team performance measured against our annual targets;
