As Easter approaches, I want to take this special time to express my gratitude and appreciation to each and every one of you. The last year was, without a doubt, one of great challenges, but also of notable achievements. Thanks to your commitment and dedication, we not only achieved significant growth in sales, but also expanded our team and infrastructure, preparing the ground for an even more promising future.

It is with great satisfaction that I announce that, in line with our commitment and in recognition of your hard work, next April, as promised, the 15th salary will be paid to everyone who worked with us in 2023, proportional to the period worked . This is a direct reflection of our growth, which was not just 10%, but double what was expected, both in sales and in costs and investments. This success is the result of your incredible work and dedication.

We understand that growth is accompanied by investments and, often, a significant increase in costs. But it is thanks to your resilience, hard work and commitment that we were able to overcome these challenges, maintaining our focus on excellence and the satisfaction of our customers/guests. The doubling of our team and the investments made reflect our trust in you and the immense potential we have to grow together.

This Easter, I want to reaffirm our commitment not only to the success of the Living Tours Group, but to the well-being and development of everyone who is part of this family. May this season of renewal bring new energy and inspire us to continue walking the path of growth and excellence.
