Instead, the best team members are those who strive to create harmony, with each other and with whomever they interact.
We believe that the best teams are those that not only work with each other, but also interact with each other outside of the office environment. Many of the company's great ideas were a direct result of informal interaction outside the office.
However, we are more than just a team – we are a family.
We take care of each other, we care for each other and we push boundaries for each other, because we believe and trust each other.
We work together, but we also have fun together. Our ties go far beyond the typical co-worker relationships found in most other companies.
