LIVING TOURS, within its Social Responsibility policy, decided to award a monetary prize to all the babies born of employees of the Living Group.

This prize is € 250 for the first baby, the child of a couple in which one of its members is a member of the Living Group and € 500 for second or more children.

The prize is given in the month of birth and applicable to employees with a minimum stay of 24 months in the company.

Balancing work and family life is becoming more difficult, but we want to change this and we should work to make it happen.

This gesture is just a simple demonstration of how much we want to promote well-being and balance between personal and professional life, recognizing the importance that this dimension has in our lives.
