Around the world and at all times, it is freedom of thought and expression that has proved the most essential conditions for human development, but each generation has to face new threats to fundamental freedoms.

Freedom of thought, conscience, opinion or idea is the freedom that individuals have to maintain and defend their position on a fact, a point of view or an idea, independent of the views of others.

This is a theme that causes many disagreements and wars around the world, we should all reflect and accept the diversity of thoughts, if everyone respected the thoughts, ideas, opinions and beliefs of others, the world would be more balanced and coexistence in society would be much better!

There is still a long way to go, but if we all do our part, together we will achieve better results for all of humanity.

It is essential to end all discrimination for any reason, such as gender, race, color or ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or beliefs, political or other opinions, belonging to a national minority, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.

Companies have an important role in this matter, in non-discrimination in access to employment with equality for all, and promoting coexistence among all equally is what is sought when promoting diversity of thought.
