Please check with us the suitability of the activity if a participant has any of the following illnesses: Arrhythmia, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Pregnancy, Vertigo. All illnesses must be reported before the start of the activities.
Shoes or boots suitable for walking on stony and uneven ground should be worn. 
You can bring water and some snacks with you.
Please note that flip-flops or Crocs are NOT suitable for any of the activities.
In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
