What you will visit:

The Hermitage of Valldemossa: a magical place with a tiny chapel with an exceptional viewpoint. Our guide will explain the fascinating history of the place, while we taste a piece of delicious ensaimada.

The Miramar Monastery: it was first a monastery and then a summer mansion of the Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria and his illustrious guests. Get to know its interiors and its Byzantine gardens loaded with stories, secrets, and legends, at the end of the visit nothing better than pecking some traditional salty crackers Quelitas with cheese.

The Solzara oil mill: from the hand of one of its owners, we will visit the family business and discover the production of olive oil as well as the cultivation of orange.

We finish this magnificent tour in the town of Sóller with a traditional Mallorcan "pa amb oli". Rustic local bread, tomatoes, olives, cheese, ham, and olive oil. For dessert a Gató, very typical almond cake from the island. Wine, Water, and a delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.
