Algarve is so much more than its sun-drenched beaches! This is what we pretend to show you on this tour through the historic villages of Algarve. 

This tour is for those who would like to see the real Algarve, its hidden villages, its beautiful countryside and a chance to see the Algarve and its people as it has been for centuries before.

We start off with a visit to one of the highest parts of the Caldeirão mountains, a beautiful protected area of undulating hills, cork trees, and harsh scrubland. The area is renowned for its bird varieties.

We will do a short break for a coffee with those fantastic views as background.

We then carry on into the hills with stops at various villages with handicrafts being demonstrated.

We visit the historical towns of Querença, Salir,  Barranco do Velho and Alte.
