¿Qué tan importante es la línea de tiempo?

Algunos tipos de registros los estructuran internamente dentro de un orden cronológico y ayudan a resaltar algunos elementos que nos conectan con tiempos y eventos. Para mí funcionan como recordatorios, ya que me hacen viajar por la historia de las marcas, siempre con cariño y optimismo.

Una línea de tiempo simple, capaz de mostrar los eventos principales y los cambios relevantes que se han producido, ayuda a reflexionar sobre los próximos pasos. Creo que mantener estos hitos visuales siempre vivos me anima a analizar el pasado y visualizar el futuro. Refuerzan el orgullo que siento en cada etapa relevante del Vivir.

Cuando observo la cronología de los momentos clave de Living, veo allí un poderoso antídoto para cualquier experiencia negativa que pueda ocurrir, ya que ofrece una comprensión inequívoca de quiénes somos y qué nos motiva.

Organizar este curso de eventos de manera objetiva es fundamental para analizar el negocio desde la distancia. Además, es muy gratificante destacar los logros y darse cuenta de que las estrategias ejecutadas de manera eficiente siempre traen buenos resultados.

CRONOGRAMA - LIVING

2004 – LIVING TOURS is founded and starts operating regular tours in Porto and Northern Portugal

2005 – We started our BOOKING CENTER - CRUISES ON THE DOURO for all cruises and partners on the Douro River;

2006 – We opened the 1st In-Person Reception Agency in Portugal – I TOURS TOURIST SERVICE on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira in Porto, in front of S. Bento Station

2007 – Brand Representation agreement signed – GRAY LINE – Porto and North of Portugal

2008 – Creation of the Travel Agency – Outgoing – LIVING TRAVEL – Rua Corpo da Guarda nº20;

            COLÉGIO DAS ANTAS - Nursery and Kindergarten - Rua São Crispim nº 139 Porto - Antas founded;

2009 – Launch of PORTO CITY TRAIN – Tourist trains with a panoramic visit to the historic center of the city of Porto;

             Closing of Living Travel;

2010 – We founded LIVING WINE HOSTEL in Praça da Cordoaria/Campo dos Mártires da Pátria in Porto.

2011 – Opening of the In-Person Reception Agency – I TOURS TOURIST SERVICE - Lisbon

2012 – We opened LIVING DMC with offices in Porto and Lisbon, our Destination Management Company with the organization of Taylor Made Groups and Events for F.I.T. and M.I.C.E.;

           The Porto City Train is sold;

2013 – We began to participate in the main INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIRS with Turismo de Portugal, Gray Line brand and separately where both were not present;

             We received the FIRST TRAVELRS` CHOISE award from TRIPADVISOR and have deserved this distinction year after year until today;

2014 – Beginning of the company’s internationalization with the founding of LIVING TOURS SPAIN SL in Barcelona;

2015 – The E-commerce Platform livingtours.com is born and LIVING TOURS ONLINE is founded;

            The - Colégio das Antas is sold;

2016 – We founded LIVING TRANSFERS and started operating Transfers throughout the Iberian Peninsula, between our own operation and local partnerships;

2017 – Acquisition of NEW OPERATIONAL FACILITIES, with a new terminal and offices, LIVINGPLEX appears in Campanhã in Porto.

             The Wine Hostel is sold;
2018 – We started operating Regular Tours with MINI BUS - 30 PLACES – Tours/Transfers Operation - Own Mini Bus

2019 – We started our own WALKING TOURS operation – Regular, with the success of our Port Wine Sunset Walking Tour;

2020 – Pandemic – Covid 19

2021 – Resumption of the Pandemic – Covid 19

2022 – We launch the 100% ELECTRIC LIVING TUK TUK with our own Tuk Tuk operation in Porto;

             We received SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATION from Biosphere Sustainable Certified;

             We received the AWARD for BEST ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY in Portugal, by Lux Magazine UK;

2023 - Foundation of LIVING PRIVATE TOURS - Start of operations in private and premium luxury services;

            We created LIVING CRUISE - PARTY BOAT in Porto - a cruise with a DJ and lots of fun on board, for birthday parties, hen parties, among others;

            We were awarded the BEST SMALL GROUP TOUR EXPERIENCES PROVIDER 2023 Iberian Peninsula AWARD, by Corporate Vision;

2024 - LIVING EVENTS is founded - focused on corporate events and MICE;

           The LIVING TOURS GROUP Platform is born – where all the company's business areas are grouped;

           20 YEARS OF LIFE - Celebrated with the launch of the 1st Book CULTURA VIVA;
