If you are looking for a truly unique and memorable experience, a visit to a Port wine cellar with dinner and Fado show is a perfect choice.
Get ready for an evening full of charm, where you can explore the rich winemaking tradition of the Porto region, enjoy a delicious meal and thrill to the traditional music of Portugal.
The program starts at 7:00 pm and begins with a visit to a prestigious Port wine cellar. You will be led by an expert guide, who will take you on a fascinating journey through the secrets of Port wine production. Learn about the history, techniques and winemaking processes of these unique wines that have conquered the world over the centuries.
During the visit, you will have the pleasure of tasting Siroco Port Wine, feel the complexity of flavors, the remarkable aromas and the characteristic smoothness of this exceptional wine. In-house experts will be at your disposal to share their knowledge and answer all your questions.
After the visit to the cellars, at around 8:00 pm, you will be invited to enjoy a carefully prepared three-course dinner, you will also have the opportunity to taste the BIN27 Port wine. While enjoying your meal, let yourself be carried away by the melody and moving lyrics of Fado, performed by talented local artists.
The unique combination of Port wine, Fado and Portuguese cuisine will create a sensory experience that will delight all your senses.
Dinner Menu
Entrées: Artisan bread, yellow corn bread; marinated olives.
Soup: Caldo Verde with chourizo de colorau from Beiras, olive oil from Quinta da Roeda
Main course: Low temperature codfish, chipped and sautéed with onions, smashed potatoes and sprouts, crust of yellow corn bread, confit cherry tomatoes, olive oil
Dessert: Crème Brûlée
