This panoramic cruise in the Douro Valley, lasting approximately three hours, begins at Régua pier, where you can buy typical sweets sold by the ladies who produce them.

The city of Régua, located in the heart of the Douro Valley, has much to offer before embarking on the Douro cruise.

Boarding takes place in the early afternoon at the emblematic Régua quay. The short cruise sails through the valleys of this wine region that create an awe-inspiring atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, enjoy the natural beauty of this location. 

At a certain point during the trip there is an ascent of the ruler's dam, which has a difference in level of 28 meters, it is a different experience for those who have never experienced it.

After a 2:30 trip, the arrival in the pier of Pinhão is the end point of this panoramic cruise. 

Pinhão has also its history to discover, the Pinhão station is a very famous place where you can see the history connected to the production of wine in the region, recorded in the tiles.

This cruise is just a nice way to know the Douro valley when you have limited time. We wanted to enjoy the views from the water but in a short cruise and this is a very interesting option. Also, passing the dam is very very fun! Staff on board is very friendly and the boat is very comfortable.

Amazing landscapes
We are completely in love by Douro Valley region. We decided to take this cruise because we were staying in the region for a couple of days. The cruise is very relaxing and we were amazed by the beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed passing the dam. We are coming back with our family and we would this cruise again.

I'm completely in love with all the landscapes and people that I've seen in Douro, although I can't understand what they are saying, most of the people were very sweet to me in Régua, the trip was awesome as well. The day was perfect, not to hot as I heard it gets but perfect to do a tour in the river. I've loved the Pinhão station as well, very traditional place.

My family and I decided to try this tour to get to know the most beautiful part of Douro, and we weren't disappointed it is for sure one of the most incredible and breathtaking views of all my life, I liked it very much. The option of a smaller trip was the best option to us as my wife gets seasick if she spends to much time on the boat, so this was the best option. We came back by train and that trip was also very pleasent.
