Full description

Come with us to discover the magical mixture of cultures in Cordoba, the city where past and modernity blend in together.

You will start this fully guided tour from your pick up point in the Costa del Sol to Cordoba via the town of Antequera. On arrival, you will get a panoramic visit to the most important monuments of the city: the Roman Bridge and the Jewish Quarter, Synagogue and the Great Mosque - the most famous monument of the Islamic West, built over an old Mosque, incorporating the Christian Basilica of Saint Vincent. An amazing multicultural place!

La Juderia (the Jewish Quarter) is the best-known part of Cordoba’s historic center. It is also one of Europe’s largest urban areas declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The perfect way to discover the culture, traditions, and history of the Jewish population!

Later in the day, you will also visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba, built during the period of Moorish occupation, and later converted into a Catholic Christian Cathedral. It is the most splendid Islamic monument in the western world and the symbol of the city. Originally built as a Mosque in 786, it is a harmonious combination of various different styles. Explore this beautiful building and marvel at the colorful mosaics and stained-glass windows.

You will also have some free time for lunch and to take a stroll through the historic quarter of Cordoba on your own.

As the day begins to turn into evening, you will be taken to your original pick up point.

In love with Cordoba
We visit Cordoba on our honeymoon and simply loved it. The monuments and fantastic, the city itself is very pleasant for walking and has great point of views for photos and panoramic scenarios. Our transport was comfortable and even cozy. The guide was very passionate and knowledgeable, and it was essencial. The entrance to the Mosque, Synagogue and gardens was included and we advise anyone to visit the interior of these architectural achievements. We return to Malaga on the end of the day a bit tired (it´s a full day visit) but very happy. Thanks.

Worthy full day trip
We traveled from Malaga to Cordoba early in the morning in a comfortable bus. the motorway trip takes about 2 hours and when we get to the city we have a general panoramic view as we pass the main monuments and areas such as the Roman Bridge and the Jewish Quarter, the Synagogue and the Great Mosque. Our guide was knowledgeable, charming, friendly, and conducted the visit very well. It also gave useful tips for the best places to have lunch and to visit during the afternoon.

Magnificent city of Cordoba
It is a wonderful thing to visit Cordoba. Charming city full of history and stories. Palaces, small streets and hidden places one cant notice unless you are local. Full day tour, with a competent guide, easygoing group. It´s only a pitty they don´t have an otion with lunch, but the guide gave us some tips where to eat. Everything went fine, including the return.
