All passengers above 6 using our services, need to follow this rule and wear at all times a mask covering both nose and mouth in all our vehicles.

Please bear in mind that the driver is in position to deny the service in case of non-compliance with this obligation.

In the event of a police control, we will not take any responsibility if any passenger is failing to wear his mask properly.

• Waiting time included at the Barcelona Airport: 60 minutes from the landing time.
• After these waiting times, if clients do not appear, or contact the 24 hrs telephone, the service will be called as NO SHOW.
  
• No refunds will be made in such case.
• By Law, All passengers less than 1.35 cm tall in a vehicle up to 7 passengers need a child/booster seat.
  Then it's mandatory to booked it if clients do not bring it by themselves.
• All passengers pay regardless of age.
• Buses do not accommodate baby or child seats. According to Spanish law, such is not necessary on buses.
• Included waiting time at the airports, toll roads, assistance, (10%) VAT, 24 hours emergency telephone.
• Included transportation of luggage that fits in the hired vehicles. For extra luggage, transportation will have to be hired by the customers.
