• The visit to the Church and Torre dos Clérigos must be done in one of the following schedules: 9 am, 9.30 am or 10 am. The visit to the Lello Bookshop can be made at any time between 9.30 am and 6.30 pm (every 30 minutes), according to availability. Please write the time you want where it says "start time".
  
• Neither activity is accessible to wheelchair users.
• Children up to 3 years old, inclusive, do not need to buy a voucher. Admission is free provided they are accompanied by an adult. However, an ID document may be requested to prove the child's age, failure to have this with you will result in the purchase of a voucher.
• Visitors holding an access ticket to Torre dos Clérigos and Museu dos Clérigos must present it physically or digitally at the ticket office, to be exchanged for official tickets.
• For Clérigos the visitor must respect the date and time of the ticket he/she booked. You should arrive about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. There is a tolerance of 5 minutes after the date and time of the ticket to access the Torre e Museu dos Clérigos, under penalty of being refused access and without the right to a refund.
