• Please print out your voucher and present it before the transfer.
• The duration of the transfer depends on the time of day and the intensity of traffic.
• The maximum mentioned capacity of the vehicle does not vary if the customers are adults, babies, or children.
• If you are travelling with children or infants, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can have child / infant seats available.
• Type of vehicle: up to 4 passengers - standard car (Skoda Octavia or Toyota Avensis). For 5 or more passengers - minivan (Mercedes Vito). 
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In case of people with mobility limitations that require professional help, adapted vehicles and / or extra luggage carriers (e.g. wheelchair), please e-mail us to [email protected] for availability.
  Living Tours is not responsible in case of missed flights. You should know your flight schedule and book your transfer at a time that allows you to arrive at the airport on time.
• Luggage policy: each passenger is allowed one full-sized hold bag and one small bag (e.g. backpack, laptop bag, camera bag). Excessive luggage or (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please let us know at the time of booking in order to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Waiting time: at airports, 60 minutes from flight arrival time. 10 minutes at hotels or designated address, the time appearing on the customer's voucher / reservation. After these waiting times, if customers do not show up, or contact the 24-hour phone, the service will be called no-show - no refunds will be made in this case.
