Enjoy Seville, the capital of Andalusia, and its beautiful architecture in which Romans, Arabs, and Jews influenced so much throughout history. A warm and welcoming city, famous for the hospitality of its people.
Seville is located on the banks of the Guadalquivir, which divides the city into two parts: Sevilla and Triana.
This tour will take you to the historic centre of Seville starting with a panoramic view of the city: Paseo de Colon, Plaza de América, Avenida de las Palmeras, María Luisa Park and the Guadalquivir River.
Next, the tour stops at the Plaza de España, where you can take some pictures of this emblematic city square. Back to the bus, you will be taken to the Jardines de (Gardens of) Murillo. Later, you will enter narrow and winding streets full of mystery and tranquillity. It is the Barrio de Santa Cruz, one of the most charming areas in the city.
The visit continues to Seville splendid Cathedral, the third-largest in the world after St. Peter's in Rome and St. Paul's in London. It dates from the fifteenth century and stands on an old mosque of the late twelfth century.
Finally, you will have free time to have lunch on your own and thus discover local specialities. The meeting point before returning is the famous Torre del Oro, from the 13th century, and it is said that it was once covered in gold.
At the agreed time, the return will be done by the same route to the Costa del Sol.
