The walk starts with an exit to Frigiliana, the beautiful region of Malaga that preserves the essence of Andalusia, also known as "the white city of Spain". Once there, we will visit the old Fortress, refuge of the last Muslims, and now converted into a sugarcane molasses factory. Here you will have free time to buy typical products of the area (ceramics, fruit, vegetables and its famous sweet wine).
Next, we will go to Nerja. This old fishermen's place has become one of the most popular destinations within the province of Malaga. We will walk through its narrow downtown streets between boutiques and restaurants with the Sierra de Almijara as a backdrop, and we will be surprised by the views of the Balcón de Europa.
Your tour to Nerja would not be complete without a visit to the magnificent Caves of Nerja, famous for the beauty of its interior, with stalactites and stalagmites, and for the magical cave paintings filled with history! This visit to the Cave of Nerja is optional.
There will be free time to have lunch on your own and, at the agreed time, we will return along the same route.
Lose yourself in the narrow streets, and enjoy the local gastronomy, in the two most beautiful towns of Malaga!
