Visit Sagrada Familia:

You will be visiting one of the treasures that the architect Antoni Gaudí, one of the greatest innovators of his time, left us in the city of Barcelona. The Sagrada Familia (Holy Family) is one of the most visited buildings in the world. We will visit the impressive interior of this church, where the vaults reach the seventy meters. Gaudí designed a plant in the form of a Latin cross with five aisles, extremely rich in decoration and symbolism. We will also visit the Museum of the Sagrada Familia, where you can see sketches, models in plaster. The Museum also offers valuable information on the life and career of Gaudí.

At the end of visit of the Sagrada Familia, you will go with the guide towards the Avenida Gaudí (Gaudí Avenue), which runs diagonally, breaking the grid of the Eixample district, to join two of the main modernist monuments of the city - the Temple of the Sagrada Familia and the Recinte Modernista of Santa Cruz and Sant Pau. During the tour of this route, there will be highlighted the architectural elements of the latter. The tour is approximately 20-30 minutes until you reach Sant Pau.

Visit the Recinte Modernista of Sant Pau:

Visit this relic of the Catalan modernism, declared World Heritage in 1997. The Recinte Modernista is one of the most important works of Lluís Domènech i Montaner - one of the most significant architects of the Catalan modernism - and the result of one of the most outstanding rehabilitation processes of recent years. The exhibition space of the Sant Salvador Pavilion can travel through the history of the Medicine in Barcelona and through the career of one of the Europe's oldest health institutions: from the first unified hospital in the Raval, in 1401, the Santa Creu, until the 21st century.

Display cases with medical material and architectural elements, informative panels, models and screens are used to present part of the Heritage collection of the institution. The top floor of the building deepens uniquely in the figure and work of Lluís Domènech i Montaner, focusing on three main aspects of modernist genius: the scholar, the architect and the ideologue. There is also available a space for consultation in which the visitor can increase their knowledge about the institution thanks to an interactive table, books, publications and historical documents from the archive of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, that have been digitized.
