This is the perfect level for those who do not possess any kind of canyoning training, but have past experiences in extreme activities or related mountain activities, and are both physically and mentally capable of withstanding the particularities of this advanced level.

Technical and safety sessions take place before the start of the activity to ensure the best practices of all participants in a single environment.

We were just a small group who were very friendly. The guides did a fantastic job. We had a lot of fun and felt scared too with very good equipment. We drank fresh water from a mountain spring waterfall and also met some very nice people who made the experience together with us. Very hard and challenging

We Americans love nature and I went in 2022, in september and honestly it was the best canyoning of my life. Instead of going for example exploring on foot, canyoning was the best option. Nature is awesome and Portugal what I really liked the most was the island. I will repeat this experience in the future
