We will start with a visit to Óbidos, a medieval village surrounded by walls of the XIV century. It is one of the most picturesque towns in Portugal, known by the delightful white walls and the maze streets.
In Alcobaça, visit the Church of the Monastery of Alcobaça (UNESCO World Heritage Site), where you can admire the famous tombs of King Pedro and Inês de Castro, in what is considered one of the most tragic love stories of Portugal.
We stop in Nazaré, a traditional fishing village, to visit its historical center. There, you can choose to have lunch in a typical restaurant. If not, then you will have free time to eat wherever you wish.
In Batalha, visit the Gothic Church of the Monastery of Batalha (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It was also classified one of the 7 Wonders of Portugal in 2007. It is a must-see!
Finally, we will visit Fátima, the center of the Catholic Faith and worldwide pilgrimage. We will explore the Sanctuary with the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Basilica, where we will have free time for religious activities before returning to Lisbon.
