Full description

Toledo is a city that will surely charm you, for its history and legends, as we stroll through narrow streets and admire the original architecture of the main highlights of this city. The co-existence of three cultures made this city in the Middle Ages an important cultural centre for Muslims, Jews, and Christians.

The tour includes the visit of the Cathedral. This monument built on top of a Muslim mosque is a great example of Spanish Gothic art! The inside of the building contains a large number of artworks (stained glasses, choir, main chapel, altarpieces, El Greco paintings, etc.).

Get to know the home of the famous painting El Greco, the Burial of the Count of Orgaz, the overwhelming Church of Santo Tomé. Here you will be able to learn the story of this saint.

Visit one of the most enchanting monuments in Toledo, the old main Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, located in the Jewish quarter of Toledo.  It is considered a symbol of the cooperation of the three cultures who populated the Iberian Peninsula in the Middle Ages.

Next, discover the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, built under the patronage of Queen Elizabeth I of Castile with the intention of making it a royal mausoleum in commemoration of the Battle of Toro and the birth of Prince Juan.

Next, discover the Mosque of Cristo de la Luz, a rarity since it is in much the same state as it was when it was originally built! This is considered the oldest monument in Toledo.

The tour will end with a Panoramic Sightseeing of Toledo and stop at a viewpoint with breathtaking views of the city for taking the best pictures of Toledo.

It is now time to return comfortably to Madrid!

Highly recommended
We had a great ride in the medieval tone of Toledo, where three such different cultures coexisted and lived together. We saw many monuments, the guide always answered our questions the information he gave us was very detailed. What I liked most was visiting the paintings of El Greco in the São Tome Church and the Cathedral!

Jorge, my man!
Toledo is a must visit for any visitor to Spain. Jorge was spectacular, even though he was a big group he managed to keep control of the group. This tour was better than some I've ever done in small groups. Just have a good guide.

amazing sights
The tour was very fast, we had no time to see the little shops of the city for souvenir shopping, we only had the opportunity to shop at the adamasquino factory. I wish I had bought a miniature Templar, but in this store they weren't well made. Overall I found a great ride! Guide was seasoned and Toledo is an amazing city rich in history
