Full description

With a privileged view over the sea, Sea Life Porto is an oceanarium with more than 3000 fascinating creatures where you can cross the first underwater tunnel of the country and come face to face with the fantastic sharks.

Sea Life is divided into several zones, among which are the RockPools, where you can touch a sea urchin or a starfish; the Oceans Cave where you can see our sharks and the famous Mariza (the green turtle that weighs more than 100kg) and the Bay of Rays, which houses the largest collection of cow-muzzle rays in the country.

During the day you can still enjoy free lectures and food demonstrations, and for the little ones there is even a fun quiz on the marine world, with clues scattered throughout the aquariums and incredible curiosities to discover!

Reviews

ticket sea life
Since we were walking on the Atlantic anyway, we thought, it would be nice to look at a few marine animals. Arrived in Sea Life, it started right away with the typical tourist stuff: photo shooting and smile .... well, well. Then it went on, with great expectations. In SEA-LIFE Porto there are a few very large, and of course smaller pools. In addition to the exotic, colorful fish you can also see dangerous fish such as sharks, porcupines, etc. In addition, you can see tortoises. A visit in the SEA-LIFE is definitely worth it. To visit something different in Portugal than just historical churches.
