Full description

We will travel through the history, culture, landscape, and cuisine of the island of Mallorca, accompanied by a local guide. You will visit the Serra de Tramuntana, named world heritage by the UNESCO, where we have made a selection of very special and authentic places, as well as a small tasting of typical products of the island.

Hermitage of Valldemossa:

We will be taking a short 10-minute walk to reach this magic place where you can feel the peace of this hidden spot. Our guide will explain to you the fascinating story of this place, while we taste a small piece of delicious freshly baked ensaimada.

Monastery of Miramar:

We will leave Valldemossa behind and in the Municipality of Deiá, cradle, and refuge of artists and bohemians, we will make a stop of 1 hour approx. in the "Monastir de Miramar". The visit is divided into three parts. First, we will visit the old mill and continue with the Archduke's house, where you will visit its interiors and its legends to finish in the impressive Byzantine gardens next to the cliffs above the sea. At the end of the visit, you will taste the traditional Quelitas crackers with cheese, a daily delicacy for many Majorcans.

Olive oil mill of Sóller:

The last part of the Tour takes place in an old Mallorcan house in the historic center of Sóller, which has inside an active olive oil mill that produces virgin oil since 1516. You will learn about the family business and everything related to the production of olive oil as well as the harvest of oranges. We finish this magnificent tour within the same premises of the mill, tasting a traditional Mallorcan lunch of "pa amb oli", including local rustic bread, tomatoes, olives, cheese, ham, and olive oil. For dessert a Gató, very typical almond cake from the island. Wine, Water, and a delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Our unforgettable tour through the Serra de Tramuntana and the Sóller Valley will allow you to explore hidden landscapes and places as well as enjoy the flavors of their local gastronomic products.
