• Price per car or van, not per person!
• Your final confirmation will be sent at the moment of the booking. Please print your voucher and present it before the transfer.
• One-way trip. The duration of the transfer may depend on the time of day as well as the intensity of traffic.
• The mentioned maximum capacity of the vehicle does not vary if customers are adults, babies or children’s. 
• If you are traveling with children or babies, please inform us at the time of booking, for us to have the children/baby chairs available. 
• All luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Smaller items that can be carried in the passenger footwell, such as a camera case, handbag or small shoulder bag, do not need to be declared.
• The driver will take passengers to/from the address in Lisbon provided on the booking process.
• Transfer In: look out for your name sign which will be prominently displayed by the driver of your transfer service.
• The images of vehicles are only for illustrative and referential purposes. The vehicle brand may be different and may be upgraded to one with greater capacity depending on availability
• Transfers from Lisbon to other destinations and for groups available on request. 
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In case of people with mobility limitations requiring professional help, adapted vehicles and/or extra luggage carriers (eg, wheelchair), please send us an email to [email protected] for availability.
• Excessive or oversized luggage (eg surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us at the moment of the booking in order to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We are not responsible in case you miss your flight. You must know your flight Schedule and book your transfer pick up at a Schedule that allows you to arrive at the Airport on time.
• Maximum 1 large suitcase + 1 bag per person.
