The tour starts to Santoña, one of the main small fishing ports of Cantabria. Santoña is famous for being the heart of the anchovy industry in Cantabria. We will visit the factory of canned seafood (Conservas Emilia) and discover the process of production of anchovy. 

Our next stop will be in Noja. There we will visit the Vidular winery, where you can stroll through the vineyard and know the process of producing wines with increasing recognition. The visit to the winery ends with a wine and cheese tasting.

In the Pasiegos Valleys, we will enjoy lunch. The food will be the menu of the day at a local restaurant. After this stop, we will have the opportunity to make a long journey in the Pasiegos Valleys. You will be able to visit the region in which the scenery is simply spectacular!

Finally, we will return to Selaya to visit the largest Quesada and Sobaos factory in the area: Sobaos Joselín. We will visit the new facilities of its factory and the museum “sobao e quesada”. To end this visit, we will make a tasting of your products.

After this very complete and varied day, we will return to Santander, where we should arrive around 7 pm.
