• Please print out your voucher and present it before the transfer.
• The duration of the transfer may depend on the time of day and the intensity of traffic.
• The mentioned maximum capacity of the vehicle does not vary if the clients are adults, infants or children.
• If you are travelling with children or infants, please inform us at the time of booking, so that we have child/infant seats available.
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In the case of persons with mobility limitations who require professional assistance, adapted vehicles and/or additional luggage carriers (e.g. wheelchair), please email us at [email protected] for information on availability and supplements.
• We are not responsible in the event that you miss your train. You must know your train timetable and book your transfer at a time that allows you to arrive at the train station on time.
• Each passenger is allowed one normal-sized piece of luggage and one small bag (e.g. backpack, laptop bag, camera bag).
• Excessive or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us at the time of booking to confirm if your excess baggage is acceptable.
• Waiting times: 10 minutes at AVE/Renfe station, hotels, or the designated address shown on the customer's voucher/reservation. After these waiting times, if customers do not show up or do not contact the 24-hour telephone, the service will be called as a no-show - no refunds will be made in that case.
