The Basque Coast is a wild and natural place, full of tradition and good gastronomy. Join us to discover it!

The tour begins at 08:30 am from the center of Bilbao to Gexto where we meet the famous Hanging Bridge (El Puente Colgante). Built in 1893, it is the oldest bridge of its kind, and one of the main monuments of the Industrial Revolution. There, we will make a short stop for photos. 

Then, we will pass through the imposing Castle Butron. Of 45 meters high, this castle has a true fairy-tale feeling. Observe its architecture, details, and the exotic forest that surrounds it. It seems out of a book of medieval tales! 

From here we head for the coast to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe viewpoint, an islet on the coast of Biscay. See the beautiful chapel (hermitage) clinging to a rock and surrounded by the sea. This island was scenery for the famous show Games of Thrones, take some time to enjoy the view and take some pictures! 

We will continue along the coast to the typical fishing village of Bermeo, where we stop for a walking tour of the city center from where you'll be able to admire the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai, an extraordinarily beautiful and varied natural area, with breathtaking views!

Before leaving the Basque Coast, we'll reach the emblematic town of Gernika! You may know this town for being Picasso's inspiration for his "Guernica" painting. 

There, we can visit the famous Opera House and the Gernikako Arbola (the Tree of Gernika), an Oak tree that symbolizes traditional freedoms for the Biscayan people. Just unforgettable!
