The tour begins in Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona’s central square. The plaza connects to the avenue Passeig de Grácia, which features some of the best examples of Catalan architecture. Admire the striking façades of private Modernist buildings, among them Gaudí´s famous La Pedrera. Next, we will arrive at the "Manzana de la Discordia” (Barcelona’s “Block of Discord”), which not only includes Gaudí’s Casa Batlló, but also the Casa Lleó - Morera and Casa Ametller.
Continue the visit to the historic and Bohemian district of Gràcia, to Park Güell, Barcelona's landmark with elements that characterize a unique architectural vision. This magical park recognized by UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage is located on a hilltop that offers spectacular views of Barcelona.
Visit the majestic Hospital de Sant Pau declared a UNESCO World Heritage for its exceptional beauty and functionality and continue the tour by visiting a true gem of human heritage, the Sagrada Família. This indisputable masterpiece will certainly be the highlight of your visit to Barcelona.
Along the way, pass by the Plaza de Toros Monumental and the Agbar Tower, one of the icons of contemporary city architecture. Enjoy the refreshing breeze while you have a look at the Olympic Village and the Olympic Port, the result of Barcelona’s 1992 Olympic Games.
From here, head to Montjuïc Mountain, from where you can admire the Olympic Stadium and the Sant Jordi Palace, as well as the famous Calatrava’s Communication Tower. Pass by Plaza España and go to the Magic Fountain before heading to the old town.
Finish the day exploring the charismatic corners of the Gothic Quarter. Discover the hidden traces left by the Roman and admire the magnificent Gothic Cathedral. Take a look at the Sant Jaume Square, the political heart of Barcelona since Roman times.
