Minimum age to participate: 12 years

Until the age of 18, it is obligatory to be accompanied by parents or to bring a written authorization.

Minimum equipment needed:  Bathing suit, practical shoes that can be wet, towel, comfortable clothes (after activity). It is recommended that participants attach their hair (if applicable). 

Recommended equipment: Hat, water, sunscreen, waterproof bag (to store a cell phone and/or camera), windbreaker jacket, lycra shirt, neoprene gloves.

For this activity, participants should be able to swim.

Restrictions may apply to pregnant women and people with lower back problems although different types of boats with different levels of comfort may be offered.

The performance of the activities is subject to the weather and logistics conditions.
