Departing from Seville, at dawn, and heading to Granada, this tour will show you some of the best places of Andalusia: from the Sevillian countryside to towns (pueblos) such as Antequera and Loja.

After a short stop and almost three hours later, we arrive at Granada. Offering an enormous cultural and historical legacy, this city stood out in history as the capital of the Muslim Kingdoms of Zirida (11th century) and Nasrids (13th to 15th century). Nowadays, Granada is an important touristic centre, due to its monuments and localization. Among its numerous monuments, The Alhambra is the most important one and one of the most famous of all Spain.

The Alhambra (in Arabic translation: “Red”) is a Palace and Fortress, declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1984. The Islamic Palace was built for the last Muslim emirs in Spain during the decline of the Nasrid dynasty.

Once there, a local guide will accompany you to discover this Palace, strong in the colours of blue, red, and golden yellow. Its exquisite gardens (The Generalife) and its different rooms show the legacy of different religions and cultures. After the visit to The Alhambra, we will go to the city centre of Granada, where you will have time for lunch freely and do some shopping, or simply relax admiring, the beauty of the white streets of the city, the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, el Bañuelo (11th century Arabic baths) or the Science Park. These are just some suggestions, not included on this tour.
