My friends and I wanted to do something different that would occupy most of our day. We found this activity that we thought was perfect, and in fact it was just what we were looking for. The lunch was very good, the weather was absolutely incredible. What a day!

I have no words to describe this day! Everything was wonderful. From the boat ride, to the food, drink.... It was a super fun day spent with my family and friends. We wanted a fun activity and chose to book this tour with Living Tours. Glad we did!

Me and my husband booked this boat tour for our daughters 13th birthday, as it is what she wanted. We was emailed all the info etc and was informed to be at the pick up point 10 mins before pick up. Our pick up time was at 8:05am. Me and my family was there by 7:45. The coach turned up late, and we was told that as we had booked with living tours, we couldn't get on the coach as it was from the algarve experience. After numerous phone calls, and an hour on the roadside, we took our children for breakfast and headed back to our Villa. On route back to our villa, the tour company called us and explained that the coach was at fault for not letting us on, and that they was sending 2 cars for me my husband and 3 children. We tried to explain that it was too late, we wouldn't make it back in time as we had already set off, so we asked for a refund, of which we was told we wouldn't be given a refund, even though the company took responsibility for not picking us up. Due to the amount we paid and not going to get the refund, we turned back round and headed back to the pick up point. We was picked up and taken to the marina. The boat tour itself was fantastic and our children loved going under the coves, and loved playing on the beach. The staff was amazing, made a mean pinacolada cocktail. My 3 year old fell asleep on the beach and the staff made sure we was on the first little boat back to the big boat so could lay my daughter down and she could continue to sleep. The experience on the boat... AMAZING!! Experience with the tour company FRUSTRATING and WONT BOOK AGAIN WITH THEM. Rude on the phone and very unhelpful
