• Customers must check in up to 30 minutes prior to the activity.
• Water sports are subject to weather and technical conditions.
• Pregnant women and children under 3 years of age, or less than 1 meter in height and/or 20kg in weight, are not allowed to do water sports.
• No food or drink may be taken on board, except food for infants (up to 3 years of age).
• A maximum of 10 people is allowed on the boat.
• Please deliver your voucher at the beginning of the service.
• In the event of the cancelation of the experience due to sea or weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If this change of date proves impossible, a full refund will be given.
