• Reservations with equipment are subject to administrative fees
• It is essential to have the identity card or passport of all members of the booking party for the insurance to be valid.
  
• Please submit your voucher in paper format.
• A minimum of 30 people is required for the trip to happen. If the minimum is not reached, the agency has the right to cancel the tour and refund the consumer all the amounts paid, without the customer having the right to compensation.
• Departures are always subject to weather conditions at the resort. In case skiing is not possible that day, a voucher will be provided for the same service in another day of the week (as long as they have the same price) or the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
• You should arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
• All the members of the group who have made the booking must bring a valid ID or a passport and show them to our booking agents, otherwise, the booking will not be valid.
• It is possible to rent equipment/material to ski or snowboard (anorak, trousers, goggles, and gloves) on the place (slopes).
  
• Children aged between 4 and 15 must be accompanied by their parents.
  
• Children aged 0-4 will require a seat on the coach. The cost of travel will be €15 (the price of transport). If the child wishes to ski, they will have to buy a special ski pass on the slopes. Those over 4 years old must buy the full ski ticket in order to travel on board the bus.
• Young people aged 16 and 17 who are travelling alone must bring written permission signed by their parents or legal guardians (in duplicate) and provide a contact phone number.
