• Services unavailable at Christmas and New Year's Eve at the following times: Christmas: from 7 pm on December 24 until 8 am on December 26 // New Year's Eve: from 7 pm on December 31 until 8 am on January 1.
  
• Please print your voucher and present it before the transfer.
• The duration of the transfer may depend on the time of day as well as the intensity of traffic.
• The mentioned maximum capacity of the vehicle does not vary if customers are adults, babies or children’s.
• If you are traveling with children or babies, please inform us at the time of booking, for us to have the children chairs available.
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In case of people with mobility limitations requiring professional help, adapted vehicles or extra luggage carriers (eg, wheelchair), please send us an email to [email protected] for availability and supplements.
• Excessive or oversized luggage (eg surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us at the moment of the booking in order to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We are not responsible in case you miss your flight. You must know your flight Schedule and book your transfer pick up at a Schedule that allows you to arrive to the Airport on time.
• The cars on the pictures are representative. The brand and the type of car may differ.
• Each passenger can carry hold baggage of normal size and a small bag (eg: backpack, laptop bag, camera bag).

• At the Airports 30 minutes from the landing time
• Only transfer service, no waiting at hotels, or designated address, appearing on the client's reservation.
• After these waiting times, if clients do not appear, or contact the 24 hours telephone, the service will be called as NO SHOW - No refunds will be made in such case.
