• The prices indicated include all taxes in effect and in accordance with the law of the Portuguese Republic.

• General Conditions: The ticket for one circuit ensures customer transport, accommodation, local visits, and meals when specifically included. Extras are not included. The customers should make sure they have the ticket with them at all times while using the service.  We reserve the right to use a minibus or private vehicle, in case there are less than seven participants. Circuits may be changed due to operational reasons or under exceptional circumstances such as those out with our control, without prior notice.
• Liability and Insurance: We are responsible for providing the indicated services. We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or delay arising out of any change, suspension, cancellation, or close of service. INSURANCE in accordance with Portuguese law.
• Reservations: Only the reservation requests received up to 6 days prior to the date of the service shall be taken into consideration. Reservations will only be guaranteed after payment has been received.  Should payment be made via bank transfer, kindly send us proof of payment up to 6 days prior to the date of service. Services are subject to availability and reservation is mandatory, as well as having our confirmation of the reservation. 
• Print two copies of your voucher. The first copy is for the check-in. The second copy is your confirmation for the remaining services.
• Children: Tickets for children under six are complimentary and only includes transportation (all other expenses shall be cover by the adult who accompanies the child). Children between the ages of six and ten will pay 50% of the adult price. 
• Luggage: The luggage is the customer’s responsibility, who should always be present while it is being loaded and offloaded. 
• Policy on Animals: Only guide dogs and other assistance/service animals are allowed on our buses, and when their respective certification is provided.
• Claims Procedures: Only complaints made in writing, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the provided service, and sent to the agency where the reservation was made and paid for, will be accepted. Additionally, only complaints that were lodged with those who provided the service (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay will be accepted. The documents related to the incident must be provided.
• Lost or Misplaced Ticket: If a ticket is lost or misplaced, it will not be replaced. 
• Note: NATIONAL MONUMENTS may be closed on Mondays and public holidays.
