Did you know that grapes are harvested in the Douro valley between September and October? The region is full of tourists who want to see the grape picking and participate in the cutting and treading of the grapes to the rhythm of traditional songs.
The harvest time is the fruit of a year's work.
This tour was made thinking of those who like outdoor activities and who want to get involved with the passionate landscapes of the Douro Valley, walking through the vineyards that are part of the World Heritage listed by Unesco.
Participate in the program of the Harvest in the Douro, and after picking the grapes, delight yourself with the local flavours at a lunch with typical Douro food and have a Port Wine tasting.

Program:
10:30 am Reception and visit of the Enoteca Gardens savoring a Moscatel of Honour
11:00 am We go to the vineyards where the cutting of the grapes starts and the transport to the lagar
12:30 am Traditional Duriense lunch
2:00 pm Treading the grapes, to the rhythm of the singing group
2:30 pm Documented tasting of liqueur wines
3:00 pm End of the activity
