• The mentioned maximum capacity of the vehicle does not vary if the passengers are adults, babies or children’s.
  
• If you are traveling with children or babies, please inform us at the time of booking, for us to have the children/baby chairs available.
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In case of people with mobility limitations requiring professional help, adapted vehicles and/or extra luggage carriers (eg, wheelchair), please send us an email to [email protected] for availability and supplements.
• Excessive or oversized luggage (eg surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us at the moment of the booking in order to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We are not responsible in case you miss your flight. You must know your flight schedule and book your transfer pick up at a Schedule that allows you to arrive at the airport on time.
• Each passenger can carry hold baggage of normal size and a small bag (eg: backpack, laptop bag, camera bag).
  
• The duration of the transfer may depend on the time of day as well as the intensity of traffic. It can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour. We advise our clients to book: Intercontinental flights: 3:00 hours to 3:30 hours before flight departure. International and domestic flights: 2:30 horas 3 horas before flight departure.
