Full description

Enjoy the panoramic view over the Nations Park while crossing the Vasco da Gama Bridge to go to Palmela, where you will visit its imposing Castle.

Continue to a typical family winery with 4 wine tastings and then, at the top of the Arrábida Mountain, take the opportunity to take some photos of the stunning landscape of the Atlantic Ocean and the paradisiacal beaches. Enjoy the free time in the fishing village of Sesimbra, where the traditional restaurants always have grilled fish as a main dish.

In the afternoon, visit the José Maria da Fonseca wine cellars, one of the oldest wine producers in Portugal (wine tasting included) and, on the way back to Lisbon, admire the magnificent view of the city from the Christ the King Sanctuary. Finish the journey by crossing the 25th of April Bridge.

This was truly an amazing excursion that I surprisingly never really knew what I was going on. Nuno Henriques the guide was fabulous. Engaging and very knowledgeable about the area and the wine region. Went to 2 wineries and many stops along the way with plenty of time for self excursion and lunch. I can not recommend this enough and again nuno was amazing. The last stop at Christ the rock finalized a truly magnificent day!
