Your smile makes the world more beautiful
Thich Nhat Hanh pointed out:
“If in our daily life we can smile, everyone will benefit from it.
This is the most basic way of working for peace. Smiling is very important. If we cannot smile, then the world will not have peace.
It is not through demonstrations against atomic bombs that we can achieve peace, but with our ability to smile, breathe and create peace with that attitude.”
Sometimes, a gesture as simple, daily, and irrelevant as a smile, can have a great impact on society because the world is really made up of the collective sum of small daily acts.
People are energy vibrating at different frequencies.
When our attitude towards the world and others is negative, we cause more negativity around us, when our attitude towards the world and towards others is positive, the opposite happens.
Your energy (your attitude, the result of your thoughts) is the way you tune your life, just like the radio button: if you don't pick up the right frequency, the signal is not clean and the sound has interference.
