The philosophy in the business are the People

1. No matter how busy we are, we should make time for other people, to make them feel important.

The true value of an organization is not represented by the product or service it sells, but by the teams of the company who are the people responsible for enforcing that product or service.

The first mission of a leader and leaders is to cultivate the confidence of the people they manage, help them to believe in themselves, because that will make them be daring, challenge limits, overcome fears and move on when things don't move forward .

Recognition encourages us to give the best we have within us. Who does not want to feel special? Who does not want to feel unique?

The effect is twofold: on the one hand, people feel better about themselves, which plays for their own benefit, and at the same time they will have a more positive attitude towards their work and their leaders, for which everyone wins.

Honour and serve those who work for you and they will honour and serve you.

2. Everyone wants to be appreciated, so prize someone should not be done in secret.

Recognition has a powerful effect when it becomes public. The effect multiplies. So, if we recognize someone let us make the impact bigger.

People are social beings, and although it is sometimes necessary to protect us from the opinion of others, their approval also serves as a catalyst. As others have a positive opinion of us, we also improve our opinion of ourselves.

3. Listen enough and the person, as a rule, will come up with an appropriate solution

Listening to people actively has a magical effect on them. It is not only the recognition factor - people feel valued - but also the simple fact of verbalizing what happens with us and seeing how we are understood - helps us to be mentally clear about our own situation and easily find alternatives. All the people who merit to qualify as leaders and managers, need to be great listeners.

4.  Don't reduce yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind allows you. Remember, you will achieve as much as you believe in.

By injecting people with self-esteem, people feel more confident and achieve better results. That is the mission of a leader: to make people believe in themselves.

Freeing yourself from unconscious and constraining beliefs is the main challenge we all face in life. What we think depends on what we believe, and if you believe you are a lesser person, you will think and act as a lesser. As we see ourselves, so we act.

5.  Treat everyone equally, with fairness, justice, honesty, and integrity.

The golden rule is: Treat others as we like to be treated. Otherwise resentments are generated and when pride is hurt, revenge will occur.

The lack of ethics always responds back. Doing the right thing is always the best strategy to build solid and lasting relationships. In life and in business, life values are important, and people who act accordingly are those who leave a mark in the long run.

In all sectors of society there are a few people who, through their example of life and way of being, leave a profound legacy. They are those that praise the profession, dignify it and make it a school of values thanks to their attitude, behaviour and human quality, and open a path to be followed by others. These are the people we must admire and learn from.
