The Three Most Important Things A Business Must Measure
The three most important things a business must measure are: customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and Cash Flow
Jack Welch explained it: “Customer satisfaction leads to increase market share, associate satisfaction contributes to productivity, creativity, quality and pride, and cash flow is the company's vital sign”.
The analysis is clear. First, without customers, there is no sales and without sales you do not eat. Any organization should be concerned with having a strong customer orientation.
Second, the best organizations are people oriented. More satisfied teams, happier associates, and it is general knowledge this contributes to greater results in all areas.
And finally, an eye must be kept in financial liquidity. Many companies do not die because they are or are not profitable, but because they are unable to meet their financial obligations.
