• Please print your voucher and present it before the transfer.
• The duration of the transfer may depend on the time of day as well as the intensity of traffic.
• The mentioned maximum capacity of the vehicle does not vary if customers are adults, babies or children’s.
• If you are travelling with children or babies, please inform us at the time of booking, for us to have the children/baby chairs available.
• Our vehicles are not adapted. In case of people with mobility limitations requiring professional help, adapted vehicles and/or extra luggage carriers (e.g., wheelchair), please email us to [email protected] for availability and supplements.
• Excessive or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us at the moment of the booking in order to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We are not responsible in case you miss your flight. You must know your flight schedule and book your transfer pick up at a schedule that allows you to arrive at the Airport on time.
• Each passenger can carry hold baggage of normal size and a small bag (e.g.: backpack, laptop bag, camera bag).

• At the Airports, 60 minutes from the landing time.
• 10 minutes at the hotels, or designated address, appearing on the client's voucher/reservation
• After these waiting times, if clients do not appear, or contact the 24 hours telephone, the service will be called as NO SHOW - No refunds will be made in such case.
